“Living Life in Silence,” “Silent Victory” - The Video Documentary

If you liked the slideshow presentation “Silent Victory,” you will be happy to learn we are in the process of producing a 30-minute video documentary of the story called “Living Life in Silence.”

Why are you making a video documentary?

We believe that the production of this video documentary will reach thousands of people who would not usually be exposed to a message like this one.

This video documentary is being created to support people to awaken to the beauty of the human soul and inspire people to live a life of inner peace.

We believe that the world needs inspirational messages of inner peace in order for us to manifest cooperative peace in this time of global upheaval. Intellectual and political debate will only go so far in terms of impacting positive change for our planet. We need stories with emotional impact to reach the public through television.

When we love an innocent child like Jaison, then we learn to appreciate differences. This kind of appreciation for differences can help us learn to appreciate people with very different circumstances different cultures and different viewpoints while valuing the essential worth of each and every human life.

How will the video documentary be different than the slideshow presentation?

The flow and feel of the 30-minute documentary will be similar to the slideshow. However, it will go into move detail in the following ways:

  • Introduce viewers to the challenges of autism as portrayed in the Hart family's journey with Jaison. Demonstrate to viewers the heroic task involved in attempting to teach these children to communicate with actual footage of the day-to-day life of the Hart family during Jaison's formative years.
  • Introduce viewers to the miracle of facilitated communication and the intelligence and spiritual wisdom of a child with an autistic body.
  • Introduce the challenges the family faced when Jaison developed severe medically uncontrollable seizures that resulted in as many as 20 seizures a day at age 10.
  • Introduce the challenges the family faced when Jaison developed severe scoliosis and faced the possibility of major back surgery - spinal fusion of 17 vertebrae.
  • Depict the opportunity for awakening to inner peace that is a possible when a family is faced with a challenge of this magnitude.
  • This story is an example of the inner transformation that is possible for all of us when facing major obstacles like illness, injury, or the death of a loved one.
  • The concluding footage will have a clearly meditative favor. This meditative format will allow the viewer to make a shift in awareness towards compassion and peace. We believe that it is this kind of shift in awareness that is will help bring about global healing.
Raising the Funds to Produce this Video Documentary

We have decided that the best way to produce this video documentary is to raise the money on our own, make the documentary and then find a television station to air the program when we have completed the production.

We are concerned that if a television station were involved in the actual production of this documentary then they would have a decisive voice in how the documentary would be produced.

We want the potency of this inspiring message to be told without being censored in the process of creation. We don't want the message watered down because employees and executives at the television station decide that the audience isn't ready for it. We know that this has happened too many times and we don't want it to happen to this project. We are committed to producing it ourselves.

Plans for Distribution

In addition to approaching PBS, The Wisdom Channel and other cable stations, we will also attempt to distribute this video to virgin audiences through the complementary medicine departments springing up in hospitals and medical clinics as well as through the hospice programs and programs for parents of autistic and special needs children.
